Company History Timeline
The Hongliu bedsheet facility was established, marking the beginning of the company’s manufacturing operations.
1965
A U.S. office opened in Charlotte, North Carolina under the name JS Royal Home US. During this period, the company received Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, and a government-certified wastewater treatment plant was approved.
2006 - 2008
JS Royal Home US moved into a larger facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. A new wet finishing facility and cut-and-sew operation opened in Shuyang City, and an additional wet finishing and printing facility was acquired in Siyang City.
2014 - 2016
An Italian-made MS LaRio wide-width digital printing machine was added. A new dyeing and printing facility opened in Siyang City, and 473 new looms were installed to expand production capacity.
2017 – 2018
Fifty fully automated sewing machines were added to operations. An advanced polyester recycling operation opened in Jiangsu Province, converting waste materials into high-quality rPET fibers.
2019 – 2021
Twenty single knitting machines and ten double knitting machines were added. A U.S. pillow filling facility opened in Landis, North Carolina under the name Videri Home.
2022 – 2023
Strategic partnerships were established with some of the largest manufacturers in the soft window and rug categories.
2024
Continue to expand Country of Origin production to include Vietnam, Morocco and Egypt to take advantage of reduced tariffs and duty-free status. Production includes sheets, comforters, soft window and blanket/throw.
2025 – 2026
